You may be aware that we've been experiencing some major problems with some of our podcast episodes over the past few days. We've had reports of files "stopping after 12 minutes"; we've not been receiving emails (and therefore not picked up new subscriptions, etc.), and the time taken to sort all this out has backed up our production and update programmes.
We've performed a server upgrade today, and over the next few hours, I'm going to be re-uploading the most recent podcast files. Please note that this will only affect our premium users: all basic files are hosted elsewhere and they should not be affected. Premium users will notice in the premium feeds that there are files marked with new at the end of the file name. Apologies for the inconvenience of this, but you should find that these files will be complete files and you can delete any truncated files.
Apologies again to our users: we're learning as we go with this and hope that you can bear with us as we work our way through these temporary problems.
