When users sign up for the premium version of the podcast, we send out the activation emails normally straight away, or at the very latest within 24 hours. It's almost impossible to tell if users receive these emails and if their accounts have been used. If, for any reason, listeners don't receive an email they tend to think that this means we've not sent it out. There have been problems with mails from radiolingua.com going straight into junk mailboxes, or simply not being delivered, but we have no way of knowing this. Equally we don't have any way of contacting you because we only have your email address linked to your Paypal account.
So, we've decided to set up a system where we'll post the first few letters of users' email addresses (don't worry - just the first few letters plus *s for the remainder of the email address). If you're waiting for an activation email, then check this list. If your email address is listed there you need to contact us with an alternative email address. Hopefully this will ensure that we have a way of getting in touch with you and will ensure that all users can access the materials they've paid for.

Hey Mark,
I truly enjoy your format. It's a bit easier than "coffee break Spanish" but I miss your "student" Kara.. I'm on lesson 8 after downloading to my iPod, and will catch up soon. My wife Theresa and I are joining my son on a Royal Carribean cruise this summer, thus we need both Spanish and Italian.. uhh.. is Greek anywhere on your future radar?? :-)
thanks much!
