Each week we publish additional materials to help you get the most out of Coffee Break Spanish. You may well remember the content of a lesson for a few hours after you listen for the first time, but in order to consolidate all the language covered it will really help to use the extra materials which revise the language in a variety of ways. The PDF Guide for each lesson gives excellent written backup for everything covered in the main podcast. Each guide includes sample conversations using the words and phrases from each lesson. Top-up podcasts

	Top-up Revision Podcasts When you're learning a language it's important to consolidate your learning by regularly revising what you've learned. When you listen to the main podcast you'll remember some of the words and phrases immediately. However, after a few hours you'll realise that you're not remembering as much as you'd like to remember. You could, of course, listen to the main podcast again. We feel, however, that if you can listen to the same words and phrases but in a different way then your learning will be further enhanced and you'll remember things more effectively. With the top-up revision podcasts, we're using a number of methods to help you revise including using music and rhythm to enhance your experience, and using relaxation techniques to maximise your brain's potential for remembering the words and phrases you cover.
